Day 311 - Today I was very grateful to have coffee with Diane and Jillian, and then later have an awesome time with the children at the Marshland School Twilight Fair :)

Day 290 - Today I was very grateful to go walking with my friend Wendy Cross and that after our walk she came apple tree shopping with me (and coffee). I was also grateful to be invited out for lunch with Peter Hamilton on his birthday! And then after school it was lovely to meet our neighbour Kathleen :)

Day 251 - Today I was very grateful to catch up with Peter for a coffee and some delicious eats and then home for a productive days work :)

Day 248 - Today I was so grateful to have a belated coffee with Jillian for her birthday, to have lunch with my husband to celebrate his birthday, 

and to have Joanne and Dale here for dinner and to stay the night :)

Day 225 - This day I was very grateful to start the day with a coffee catchup with my friend Anita. In 90 mins we solved all the country's problems! I think we had some pretty good ideas and the NZ public should vote for us ;)

Day 151 - Today I was grateful to be able to spend time with my friends Sue and Bonny catching up for coffee! We used to go out quite often but due to the last crazy 4 years we haven't had much time to get together. So we had a lot to catch up on today :)

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 142

Day 142 - Today I am grateful for sales and bargains! I had a lovely shop at the Farmers one day sale. I went to buy an electric frypan and came away with two bags full! Then after a lovely coffee with Maria, I went to Thrifty Thursday at Pak and Save! Great bargains! The freezer is full to the brim.

I am also grateful to my nephew Tom and his mate Jason who came tonight to finish patching the holes in the walls! Yay. All ready for plastering :)  

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 136

Day 136 - Today I was grateful for a beautiful Christchurch day after a the first frost of the season! I walked my Father in law through the broken CBD, had coffee with Diana from the school I worked at the last 2 1/2 years, and took Bagel for a walk on the beach with Janese. Great way to end the week :)

Day 132 - Today I was grateful to have coffee with my friend Denise who I know through Isleworth Kindy and Wairakei School. We talked about our kids, our lives, our parents, and most excitingly our businesses :) It was a real highlight in a pretty challenging day!

Day 86 - Today I was very grateful to be able to have coffee with my friend Anita after dropping the children at school, and then after a few jobs at home, have lunch with my friend Maria. Last year was so crazy I found it really difficult to connect with my friends, so I am loving having the opportunity to catch up with people I love to spend time with :)

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 53

Day 53 - Today I am very grateful to my sister-in-law Lynn who kept me company at the garage sale I had at Mums place this morning. Lynn got it all looking super terrific, and also went out and bought us coffee! I am also grateful to Kirsten who arrived with a cheeseburger. After having been on this weight management programme for 22 days, a cheeseburger tastes SOOOO good :)
