2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 188

Day 188 - Today I was very grateful that Glenn and Olivia started to put our new wardrobe system together. 

I was also really grateful to have lunch with some girlfriends today. I walked out of the house quite stressed at all the work needing to be done here. But after a few hours of coffee and chat I came home recharged and got so much done tonight! 

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 187

Day 187 - Today I was most grateful to see Joanne, Dale and Miss Ellie walk through the door after Ellie's temporary discharge from hospital. If all goes well tonight they are allowed to fly home to Nelson tomorrow. Great to see Ellie up and about :)

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 186

Day 186 - Today I was very grateful to unpack and discover some things I packed in December 2011. We got a lot unpacked today and I was thrilled to completely unpack my scrapbooking collection today that I packed when we left Aorangi Road. I was also so grateful to catch up with an old friend Jan who is moving to Brisbane. It's awhile since I've  seen her and it was such a surprise to find her at my door! I'm so glad we caught up before she left and she's invited us to come over to stay!

Livvy and I were so pleased to visit Ellie Springer in hospital this morning and see her looking so well and smiley! It's easy to be grateful when you see your friends child has come through an operation so well :)

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 185

Day 185 - Today I have many reasons to be grateful. After choosing a new light shade for our dining room with Glenn, I was thrilled to do some goal setting with my friend Wendy Cross. We are going to help keep each other on track in what we want to achieve in the next 6 months. Then I was super grateful the electrician arrived to fix the heat pump and some plugs that weren't working. And tonight we had a lovely meal with Glenn's cousin Paul and his partner Dani. Thanks Matt for babysitting :) Also super grateful that today was last day of term!

Day 184 - Today I was very grateful that two people I know who were having operations today, are doing well tonight :)

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 183

Day 183 - Today I was so super grateful to come home from work to find Livvy stacking wood that was delivered today and Kirsten folding about 4 days worth of washing! Then Kirsten cooked dinner and Livvy babysat while Glenn and I were both out for evening commitments! I am so lucky to have such amazing children :)      

2014 Gratitude Journal - Day 182

Day 182 - Today I was very grateful to have the repair company, Fletcher's and EQC visit and sign off the repair of our home! A few small things needed to finish off but our home is ours again. It was such a nice feeling this afternoon to start the big unpack :)
